- Card hold Groups of 6+ confirm with a card authorisation — a hold on the card, never a charge, just to protect the table against no-shows.
- No charge Turn up, or let us know you can’t make it — even on the day — and nothing is taken from your card.
- Final headcount Confirm numbers 3 working days before the date — that’s when the kitchen orders.
- Dietaries Tell us any allergies or dietary needs with your final headcount. We’ll come back with the safe swaps.
- Service Discretionary 10% on every table. Strip it off if you’d rather.

Our 2025 festive menu and price guide listed two courses at £27.95 or three at £30.95, both including a festive drink (a Spiced Wonderland cocktail, Jingle Juice mocktail or prosecco). Groups of four or more could choose the Festive Banquet at £32.99 per person. Those were 2025 prices; 2026 prices are not set yet.
Can you host our work Christmas party in Birmingham?
Yes — work parties and team lunches are what December is made for. Both restaurants have private sections for 20–40 guests, or you can hire the whole restaurant for up to 120. Tell us the headcount and we’ll plan the table — no warehouse party hall, just a proper restaurant.
