Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Vietnamese Street Kitchen. Once an order has been placed and delivered by our driver, you must contact the shop direct should you have any complaints. The shop must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the shop does not rectify this for you then please contact us via the a method on our contact page. Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.

Delivery Policy

We always aim to delivery all items as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee a delivery time.

Cancelling your order, refunds and your consumer rights.

You can update or abandon your order at any time until you confirm your order at Vietnamese Street Kitchen. However, once you confirm your order at a participating restaurant, you cannot cancel your order. If you wish to seek a refund for any reason, including if the products are unsatisfactory or for other reasons, please contact Customer Services at vietnamesestreetkitchen@gmail.com

Your legal rights are not affected by anything in these terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau.
